As our jewellery is made to order, orders are made within 2-4 business days after order is received. Orders are then posted with Australia Post.

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA and AMEX), along with Paypal and Afterpay.
3. What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping fees are $7 and Express shipping is $10, via Australia Post. We have free standard shipping for orders over $100, which is applied automatically at checkout.
4. How can I care for my Allure Collections jewellery?
- Roll jewellery on and of the wrists/fingers. Don't pull or stretch bracelets/rings whilst wearing them.
- Keep stored in a jewellery pouch, when you are not wearing your jewellery pieces.
- Avoid exposure to liquids and lotions to ensure longevity of your jewellery.
- Use a polish cloth after each use to maintain the sparkle and shine.
- Letter beads are subject to fading, especially Gold/Silver letters. Avoid exposure to water (swimming and showering), lotions and sprays for longer lasting jewellery.
5. How do I know what size to order?
To find your bracelet size, measure all the way around your wrist with a flexible tape measure or string and then add some wriggle room (we recommend one centimeter extra) . Measure against a ruler if you have utilised string. Be sure to wrap the tape measure/string tightly around your wrist.

6. My size is not listed on your website, how do I order?
If your size is not available on our website, please Contact Us, or via social media channels, as we are able to make any size requested. Listed on our website is the most popular sizes.
7. Are Allure Collections pieces suitable for children?
Allure Collections sizing is recommended for children 8 years and older (14.5cm size).
We do not recommend our bracelets and rings for children under the age of 3 years old, as the bead present as a choking hazard.
If you choose to purchase for your child, please ensure they are supervised when wearing our jewellery at all times.
8. Do you accept returns/refunds?
All our jewellery is made to order, so we do not accepts returns or refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us.
If your jewellery is faulty on receipt, we will happily replace your order or provide you with a refund.
9. Is my jewellery able to be resized?
Please ensure you follow instructions on how to measure your wrist/fingers, as resizing will incur a fee, along with return shipping costs. If you require this, please Contact Us.
