RETURNS POLICY:

As all jewellery is customised and made to order, refunds are not accepted. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at allure.collections2023@gmail.com within two business days of receiving your item/s.

Should you require resizing of your jewellery please note, fees to restring your jewellery will be charged, along with postage costs. To organise this, please contact us via email. If you are unsure on what size to order, please reach out to us via the above email or on social media channels prior to purchase and we will guide you through this process to avoid restringing/resizing fees.

To find your bracelet size, measure all the way around your wrist with a flexible tape measure or string and then add some wriggle room (we recommend one centimeter extra). Measure against a ruler if you have utilised string. Be sure to wrap the tape measure/string tightly around your wrist.

For customised items, please ensure you review spelling and any special instructions that are made at checkout. In the event you have provided incorrect spelling/instructions, please contact us immediately on allure.collections2023@gmail.com and we will review what stage in production your item/s are in. If your piece has already been started it may not be possible to change it.

Whilst we complete a full quality check of your jewellery pieces prior to shipping, we ask you to inspect your items once received. Should you notice any defects, received the wrong item or the item is damaged
in transit, please contact us via our website or email so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
